Each of these curricula has its own stages, exams and vocabulary. Tell us which one, the year and the subject, and we look for a tutor who teaches it. A parent can book for their child, and an older student can book for themselves.

The Educrest standard
The Private Teacher Work Permit is issued by MoHRE, the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, which introduced it with the Ministry of Education on 18 December 2023. The UAE government portal states that individuals who offer private tutoring without a permit from MoHRE face fines and penalties under the applicable laws.
At-home lessons on Educrest are taught only by tutors who hold a valid permit.

Lessons for adults run online, live with a tutor, scheduled in Gulf Standard Time. You choose lessons of 60, 90 or 120 minutes and start from your goal: a test such as IELTS, a certificate such as CFA or PMP, a university course, a language or a skill.
The British curriculum through Cambridge International (Primary to A Level) and Pearson Edexcel (iPrimary to International AS Level), and the International Baccalaureate (the PYP from Grade 1, the MYP, the Diploma Programme and the Career-related Programme). SAT preparation is there for students heading to university.

Online lessons are available in every emirate, with tutors in the UAE and abroad. The permit covers online lessons as well as lessons in person, so a tutor living in the UAE needs it for both, and a tutor who lives outside the UAE teaches online only. At-home lessons for school students are opening in Dubai and Abu Dhabi first, with a tutor who lives in the UAE and holds the private teacher permit. In Dubai, lessons for children aged six and under are online.
